By accessing or using the Sugar City Express website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking through our platform, you are entering into a contract with Sugar City Express. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2 Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

2.3 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once you have made a booking and payment has been processed, the price is confirmed and will not change.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

• More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund minus processing fees
• 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before tour: No refund

3.2 Cancellation by Sugar City Express

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Tour Participation

4.1 Participant Requirements

• Participants must arrive on time at the designated meeting point
• Valid identification may be required
• Participants must follow all safety instructions
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or poses a safety risk

4.2 Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for informing us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions that may affect their participation. We are not liable for any health issues that arise from undisclosed conditions or allergies.

5. Liability and Waiver

By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in any activity. Sugar City Express, its employees, and partners are not liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
• Food allergies or reactions (participants must disclose allergies)

You participate at your own risk and agree to hold Sugar City Express harmless from any claims arising from your participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sugar City Express and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data

8. Coupons and Promotions

Coupons and promotional codes are subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of issue. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time. Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
